REMEDIES FOR SPLIT ENDS

HOME MADE REMEDIES FOR SPLIT ENDS

As we all know the problem of split ends is really common among all of us and this problem not only makes our hair looking dull and worst but also stops hair to grow faster and hence the result is short,  dull , frizzy hair.
The main reason of this problem of hair splitting is the  lack  of moisture . As we know the moisture is the vital need of almost everything whether it is glowing skin or  longer , strengthen , shinier and beautiful hairs and Hair tends to spilt when the hair shaft loses its natural moisture.

ROOT CAUSE FOR SPLIT ENDS AND HAIR LOSS:
Before looking for the solution of any problem we should have to understand the Root cause of the problem first .

  • HAIR STYLING TOOLS: Hair styling tools like curlers, blow dryers, curling irons ,straightening irons all are operated at very high temperature on hairs and this high temperature reduces the content of moisture in the hair.

  • HAIR COLORING PRODUCTS  AND STRONG SHAMPOOS:  Various hair coloring products and shampoos available in the market also result in hair moisture loss. No matter how herbal hair coloring products or shampoos are proclaimed to be, they still contain chemicals in some form or the other. And this composition of chemicals can make your hair really worst so better to avoid them or one should use the natural coloring and conditioning dye we all know and that is the very own HENNA.

POLLUTION:
POLLUTION also leads to deficiency of moisture  in hair  and which results in dull hair so its better to avoid the pollution and if you are in that place so better to cover your hair with trendy scarfs and stalls which not only makes you stylish but also prevent them from the harsh effect of pollution so its better to keep your hair roots cover with scarfs to avoid further damage

These are a few home-made remedies for spilt end prevention. These remedies will not get rid of already existing split ends but they will surely prevent hair from splitting.
The best thing about these home made remedies is that these are really home mode  means the key ingridients  or the main content of these remedies are easily available in our kitchen drawers . I have tried all of these myself and they work great . As they worked for me so I would like to share these fascinating secrets with all of you . Some of these are:

  • Mix a small amount of castor oil/ olive oil / almond oil (whatever available) into the oil you regularly use (I use coconut oil). I generally add 2tbsps of castor oil to my coconut oil bottle (250 ml). If you wish to add all three of them you could do that as well. Mix equal proportions of these oils (1 teaspoon each) to the regular oil you use. Make sure you oil your hair-ends well. Generally hair ends that have split appear lightly colored than the rest of the hair. This mixture not only helps your hair grow but it prevents your hair ends from discoloring. Use this mixture to oil your hair atleast twice a week. Massage your hair & scalp with warm oil and wrap head with shower cap and leave for overnight or for 8-10 hours if you have time. Wash.

  • Make a pack by beating 1 egg yolk in a mixture of 2 Tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp honey. Massage on hair in thoroughly and then wrap head with shower cap for half an hour. Wash.

  • Grind 1Tbsp of methi (fenugreek) seeds with half a cup of urad dal to a coarse powder. Add half a cup of yogurt and mix well. Apply generously all over the scalp. Apply thoroughly to your scalp and hair. Wash after 2-3 hours with warm water.

  • In addition to being completely delicious, papaya is rich in protein and amino acids, which can help to make hair stronger. Therefore the  papaya pack I am going you to tell about  is a great natural care of hair split ends. Take 2 big slices (2 small/medium slices) of ripe papaya. Remove the skin and the seeds of the ripe papaya and blend it in a blender. Add to it half a cup of yogurt and apply thoroughly to your scalp and hair. Wash after 30 minutes with warm water. If you don’t have papaya you can used a ripe banana instead.1 ripe banana would do.

Last but not least the two most important and golden tips for your hair:
  1. Always use lukewarm water to wash your hair. Do not use hot water. Hot water depletes the moisture content of the hair.
  2. It is always better to keep the split ends trimmed; otherwise, they may split further up the hair.

So all this is a small try to make your hair healthy and beautiful for more beauty tips and trends stay tuned with me. :)
