- Drink Water : Water makes around 70% of our body weight. Drink as much water as you can this summer. This will not only hydrate your body but will keep you cool. Water intake helps to detoxify the body and skin. But here is a smart twist to drinking water- y just drink the plain water.Take water in the form of butter milk, sugarcane juice, blended fruit drinks, coconut water, etc.
- Have summer fruits : Have lots of melons - water melon and the musk melons. Water melon has the highest percentage of water. This fruit is a must have for this summer.
- Exfoliate : Skin exfoliation is very necessary in summers. Hot air and strong sunlight causes the skin cells to die. These dead skin cells are important to be removed from the skin. For exfoliating the body skin you can use a mild exfoliant, be careful do not use the strong ones.Granulated sugar, oatmeal are wonderful, natural exfoliant.
- Moisturize : Moisturisation is very important for a healthy glowing skin. You can use several moisturizers that are rich in Vitamin E. There are several natural moisturizers as well. Cocunut oil is a very good natural moisturising agent.
