Summer hair care at home...

Summers are a season that is not really welcomed by hair. A lot of sweat leaves the hair roots wet for maximum time of the day and sometimes at night also. Such level of wetness can leave roots weak and hence can lead to hair fall.
A special  hair care is needed in summers. I have got some home remedies that can really help to maintain healthy hair even in summers. So read these hair care tips for summer.




Avoid Dryers : You need to really stay away from hair dryers in summers. Extensive use of the hair dryer can lead to split ends and breakage of hair. For drying the hair you can just rub your hair with a clean and dry towel. Don't just tie up the wet hair, let them dry and then you can tie them up.
Hair Wash : Hair wash should be regular in summers. Wash your hair every third day. In summers the oil glands are quite active and the scalp produces more oil. This can make the scalp more vulnerable to dust, and sweats add to other problems. So regular washing is a must in summers.
Oil Massage :  Generally we tend to forget about the oil message in summers. You need to do oil message at least twice a week for healthy hair. It is not necessary you keep the oil over night. You can message the oil just before two hours of head wash, but massage properly. Use your finger tips in circular motion to massage the oil on scalp.
Hydrate Yourself : Drink a lot of water in summers. You can take plain water or juices or coconut water. Eat water based fruits. Have cucumber, water melon and other summer fruits. You can have some yummy smoothies etc. I like strawberry smoothy, you can also try it.
Yogurt wash : You can take the yogurt bath as well. Yogurt keeps the scalp clean and provides the nutrients to the scalp. You can even use yogurt for your body skin. Yogurt leaves your hair and skin very very smooth.
